Overview of the Role

The primary objective is to proficiently operate 3-axis milling machines to produce intricate aerospace components.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and comprehend technical drawings and specifications, adhering to the prescribed methods and operational sequences.
  • Utilize both automatic and manual machine controls as directed by the supervisor.
  • Adjust the workpiece as required throughout the production process.
  • Employ safe and proper operational techniques for machinery.
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure compliance with customer tolerances.
  • Accurately utilize measuring instruments.
  • Operate machinery in a safe manner.
  • Adhere to the standards set by the organization and its clientele.
  • Demonstrate initiative in work processes.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the work environment and maintain cleanliness in accordance with 5S principles.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education/Qualifications: Proficient in English (minimum Level B1 CEFR); a qualification in mechanical engineering is advantageous.
  • Experience: Essential experience in a manufacturing setting; an engineering background, CNC experience, and the ability to work independently are preferred.
  • Skills: Precision, meticulous attention to detail, and effective verbal communication.
  • Behaviors: Courteous and respectful, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
  • Personal Attributes: A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn and grow, capability to foster relationships across various levels, and resilience are crucial.

Working Schedule:

  • Standard hours are from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday through Friday.
