We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Theatre Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at the NHS hospital in Plymouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety in the operating department.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and support in the operating department.
- Work collaboratively with the theatre team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of theatre policies and procedures.
- Part 1 registered NMC Nurse or HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner.
- Experience of working in a theatre environment, preferably in a multidisciplinary team.
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety/Risk Management within the operating department.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.
