Job Title: Regional Multi Trader Maintenance Person / Handyman

Are you a skilled Multi Trader looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in property maintenance and repair? We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Multi Trader Maintenance Person / Handyman to join our team

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Trader to join our team as a Regional Multi Trader Maintenance Person / Handyman. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out general repair and maintenance work on our portable cabins, including temporary office units, storage units, catering & events units, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general plumbing maintenance
  • Replace flooring and install new flooring
  • Install partitions and kitchens
  • Replace and repair lighting
  • Work at heights and remove/fit wall and ceiling panels
  • Fix roof & window leaks/damage to the external of units
  • Adjust doors & windows
  • Perform paint repairs
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CSCS card and general maintenance skills
  • Experience from within a relevant role, e.g. Multi Trader, Property Maintenance Person, Handyman, Property Repair, Facilities Maintenance Engineer, Service Engineer, Shop fitter, Joiner
  • A full driving licence, as this role involves lots of travelling to client sites across the region
