About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our close-knit team at Live Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of virtual, hybrid, and live events for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client and account management, including taking and interpreting briefs from new and existing clients
  • Overseeing the delivery of events, including managing multiple events and clients concurrently
  • Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful event execution
  • Creating proposals and pitching for business to secure new clients and projects
  • Client management and communication, including managing expectations and providing regular updates
  • Budget management and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy and transparency

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven background in event management, client relations, and account management. You should have experience in delivering a broad range of events, including conferences, exhibitions, and experiential activations. A background in film and design is also an asset.
