Sanctuary Group is seeking a skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our national team of assessors. As part of our Compliance department, you will be responsible for managing fire risk assessments and ensuring our properties comply with legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct fire risk assessments on Sanctuary and Swan stock
- Perform fire risk assessments on care homes, supported living sites, and student accommodation
- Manage works related to fire risk assessments, inspections, and surveys
- Produce reports and documentation for work specifications
- Maintain records of fire risk assessments and related activities
- Level 4 FPA qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven track record of fire risk assessment delivery
- Working knowledge of legislation and current practices
- Colin Todd specialised certification (advantageous)
- Full valid driving licence
