We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Don Thomson House Residential Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Support residents with leisure and social activities, promoting their engagement and participation.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.02.
- 18 hours per week, providing a good work-life balance.
