Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance tasks, including planned and reactive maintenance, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Electrical Maintenance: Perform electrical maintenance tasks, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.
  2. Planned and Reactive Maintenance: Develop and implement planned maintenance schedules, and perform reactive maintenance tasks as needed, to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  3. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all electrical maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  1. Time Served Electrical/Maintenance Engineer: Possess a strong background in electrical maintenance, with a minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience.
  2. Process Oriented Environment: Proven experience working in a process-oriented environment, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical knowledge.
  3. Heavy Industry Experience: Possess experience working in heavy industry, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical knowledge.
  4. HV Systems Experience: Possess experience working with high-voltage systems, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical knowledge.
  5. COMPEX Certification (Advantageous): Possess COMPEX certification, or be willing to obtain it.
