Compensation: £340.00 per Day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage building maintenance teams to ensure optimal and cost-effective resource utilization.
  • Guarantee that all tasks are executed within designated timeframes and to a superior quality.
  • Create comprehensive work schedules and define job specifications to enable the internal workforce to perform the necessary tasks.
  • Procure non-stock and stock materials in advance for larger or more complex projects, ensuring availability on the day work begins or coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery to the site.
  • Monitor the execution of repairs in accordance with established policies and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in maintenance delivery.
  • Experience in managing and executing a diverse range of building repair projects.
  • Familiarity with both direct and indirect labor, along with skills in diagnosing faults across various building types.

Additional Information:

  • Availability for immediate work or at short notice is essential.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.K. is required.
