About the Role

Nouvo Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading organisation in the Property sector. They are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in facilities maintenance or property to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and ensure a high-quality service delivery
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage electronic data and emails, responding within 24 hours
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and ensure a prompt response
  • Raise complaints with contractors when works are not completed to a satisfactory standard
  • Follow up on H&S, FRA, Site Reports, and lift engineering works, ensuring all reports are actioned
  • Prepare and submit minutes and site reports
  • Liaise directly with property managers to ensure orders can be raised
About You
  • Previous experience in facilities or property is essential
  • Full UK driving license is required
  • A desire to learn and gain knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to deal with customers and clients
