Position Purpose:

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with quality standards established by both our clients and Everise.

This role involves continuous monitoring of team members' interactions, evaluating performance, and delivering constructive coaching and feedback.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits of assigned team members in alignment with Everise and client quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and management to uphold quality benchmarks across the team.
  • Facilitate training sessions for both new and seasoned team members as necessary.
  • Participate in internal and client calibration meetings to ensure consistency in quality assessments.
  • Stay informed about project specifics by regularly updating training materials and engaging in assigned calls.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales, ideally within a call center setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexible availability for scheduling.
  • Reliable in completing tasks and maintaining attendance.
