We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to contribute to the success of our team at Cheddar Woods Resort & Spa in Axbridge, Somerset.
This is a permanent part-time position, requiring flexibility to work various days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be part of our Front of House team, responsible for taking food and drink orders, clearing and resetting tables, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and strong communication skills
- Assisting with accurate cash handling and stock rotation
- Maintaining a five-star standard of cleanliness and presentation in the bar and restaurant areas
Requirements:
- Similar previous experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential
- A driving licence and the ability to drive is essential for this role due to the use of Resort vehicles
