About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Miller & Carter - Lancing. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, supporting our chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up the kitchen for service, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready for the day.
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to the highest standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Support the chefs in maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
