Associate Director - Heritage

We are seeking an experienced Senior Heritage Consultant or Associate Director to join our team at Allen & York (Built and Natural Environment) Ltd. In this key role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of heritage-related projects, providing expert advice to clients on planning processes, and contribute to new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of planning and heritage legislation, as well as the ability to assess the impact of changes on heritage assets. You will use your skills to navigate a fast-paced, commercial environment, and work collaboratively with a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparing heritage impact assessments.
  2. Growing the consultancy's client base through networking and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  3. Providing expert advice on planning processes.
  4. Contributing to new business opportunities.
