They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The private client department at Executive Network Legal Limited is one of the largest and most experienced in the industry, providing a wealth of expertise across a broad spectrum of private client matters. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, and we welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with a significant caseload of private client matters, including powers of attorney, court of protection, probate, wills, and trusts.
  • Providing a personal service to clients, providing suitable solutions to their legal matters.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in private client law and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in private client law.
  • Strong knowledge of private client law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
