About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Sales Paralegal to join our team at EJ Legal in London.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of property transactions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of property sales, including shared ownerships and outright sales.
  • Assist and/or manage stair casing matters and residential acquisitions and disposals.
  • Provide clients with regular progress reports and manage deadlines for various transactions.
  • Deal with requisitions raised by HM Land Registry.
  • Support and assist fee earners within the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in residential, development, or property sales, preferably in a law firm environment.
  • Experience working with housing associations or developers is an advantage.
  • Interest in plot and development sales.
