Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Bid Writer to join our Infrastructure Services team. As a key member of our work-winning function, you will be responsible for writing tender submissions, working closely with subject matter experts and colleagues from our technical and estimating teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend tender kick-off meetings, workshops, and sign-off meetings to ensure a thorough understanding of client requirements.
- Read, identify, and extract key bid requirements from client documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with team members to meet submission deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Plan and write powerful responses to client queries, highlighting our competitive edge and value proposition.
- Visit live projects, collect information, and conduct interviews to create compelling case studies.
- Develop content that showcases our expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
