Job Title: Business Development Representative
**About the Role**
Pareto is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting existing customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring their retention.
**Responsibilities**
* Receive and process new sales enquiries, handle customer queries effectively
* Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Manage, update, and cleanse the CRM system
* Nurture customer relationships proactively
