We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried GP to join our esteemed Training Practice in the Helston area. As a Salaried GP, you will be part of a dynamic team that values staff welfare and development.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment
- Participate in regular clinical meetings and contribute to the development of the practice
- Work closely with the practice team to ensure excellent workflow processes and minimal home visits
- Enjoy a manageable workload with just 12 patients per session and 15-minute appointments
- Benefit from a monthly CPD session and 30 minutes of protected time with your assigned mentor every fortnight
- A competitive salary of up to £11,500 per session, plus indemnity and NHS Pension
- A BMA contract and 6 weeks' annual leave, plus 1 week study leave
- A supportive and collaborative work environment with a strong focus on staff welfare and development
- The opportunity to work with a highly respected Training Practice and contribute to the development of the next generation of GPs
