**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled IT and Network Security Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily inspection, monitoring, troubleshooting, and closed-loop management of the SIEM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Daily Inspection and Monitoring:** Conduct daily inspections and monitoring of the SIEM system to ensure its optimal performance and security.
  • **Troubleshooting and Closed-Loop Management:** Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the SIEM system, and implement closed-loop management to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
  • **IT System Management:** Manage the company's IT system-related platforms, office networks (including routers, switches, and wireless APs), operating systems, and troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain them.
  • **Desktop Maintenance and Support:** Perform desktop maintenance, conference system, and other support work to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems.
  • **Office Software Support:** Construct and operate support for various office software, such as collaborative office and OA smart portal.
  • **Network Security:** Implement the company's network security system requirements, resolve vulnerabilities, install patches, and perform related network information security work related to the company's IT system.
  • **Internal Control and Audit:** Conduct internal control inspections, audits, and ISO27001-related work, and implement rectification work involved in the IT-related area.
  • **Cloud Platform Management:** Monitor and operate and maintain the ZSTACK cloud platform. Preference will be given to those with ZSTACK, VMWARE, or similar cloud platform operation and maintenance experience.
  • **Network Equipment and Security Principles:** Familiarize yourself with network equipment (Cisco routers, switches), FORTIGATE firewalls, servers, and network security principles.
  • **Communication and Management:** Possess good communication, coordination, and management skills, as well as good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English.

Requirements:

  • **Proven Track Record:** Proven track record of undertaking effective incident, request, and problem management.
  • **Technical Knowledge:** Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, AD, MS Exchange, Hyper V, Cisco Router and Switch, Fortigate Firewall, IBM SIEM (Security QRadar), etc.
  • **Networking Knowledge:** Strong understanding of WAN and LAN Networking, prefer CCNP/CCIE or HCIP/HCIE.
  • **Cloud Maintenance:** Strong working knowledge of ZSTACK or VMWARE Cloud Maintenance, Provisioning.
  • **Office Network Experience:** Experience in building and maintaining office networks, including wireless AP.
  • **Language Skills:** Good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English.
