Job Title: FP&A Lead Accountant - Group

Join our team as an FP&A Lead Accountant in the Group FP&A team, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support Board, Executive committee, and business decision-making.
  • Prepare and present insightful financial information to stakeholders across all business areas.
  • Support the business planning and budgeting process to ensure budgets are underpinned and deliverable.
  • Provide expert financial advice to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience working as part of a team and individually to meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration with various business areas to drive improvements in performance.
  • Building effective working relationships with financial and operational areas.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience preparing high-quality financial information.
Desirable:
  • Experience using Tagetik, SAP ECC, and SAP BW.
  • Knowledge of the Water industry regulatory framework.
  • Understanding of key forecasting principles.
