Role OverviewOur client, a reputable Franchised Main Car Dealer, is seeking to recruit a Lead Automotive Technician to enhance their team in a dynamic automotive setting.
With a solid standing in the automotive industry, our client provides a stable and rewarding work environment, fostering a culture of continuous training and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, steering, and electrical components.
- Offer mentorship and training to junior technicians, aiding in their professional development.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in automotive technology and repair techniques.
- Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ, along with completion of a technical training program are preferred.
- A valid UK driving license is required.
