Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Manager, you'll play a vital role in achieving this goal by leveraging your expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to drive sales and build strong relationships with our clients.
The Opportunity:
As a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for offering tailored solutions to our customers and prospects, utilizing our data-driven insights to drive sales and provide trusted advisory services. You'll work closely with clients to determine the best strategy for liquidating their assets, whether through auction, Marketplace-E, or listing. Your goal will be to continuously improve your equipment expertise and build a strong reputation as a market expert, while also fostering personal and professional relationships with clients to secure future contracts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sell multi-channel solutions within your assigned territory
- Identify geographic areas and sectors with growth potential
- Grow sales through new business development
- Develop a strategy and plan for securing potential customers
- Build, maintain, and update your Playbook on a regular basis
- Ensure seamless execution of sales through coordination with the 'Win Team' to provide comprehensive support to clients, including sales support, operations, administrative, valuations, and field marketing
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a proactive and autonomous professional with extensive experience in outside sales and a strong background in the heavy equipment industry (construction, agriculture, or transportation). You'll need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, be proficient in English, and have advanced MS Office skills. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.
