Yolk Recruitment Careers is proud to partner with a world-renowned manufacturer in Ystrad Mynach, who is undergoing a period of rapid expansion. With significant investment planned for 2024-2025, they are seeking up to 5 experienced Multiskilled Engineers to join their established team.

As a global leader, they are committed to employing skilled Engineers who excel in both Electrical and Mechanical maintenance routines.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will work a 3-shift pattern, overseeing a busy manufacturing area, and be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and repairing equipment according to schedules and specifications to ensure reliability and minimize breakdowns.
  • Equipment testing, fault finding, and repair.
  • Identifying recurring problems and implementing corrective procedures through root cause analysis.
  • Completing machine installation and commissioning.
  • PLC fault finding, including Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley.
  • Maintaining tools and repair equipment to ensure they are fit for purpose.
  • Supporting and promoting continuous improvement activities on site.
