About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team as a Functional Assessor. As a Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing individuals and how their disabilities or conditions affect their work life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough medical assessments of individuals to determine their functional capacity
  • Use your clinical expertise to gather and analyze medical information
  • Produce accurate and concise reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP)
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to meet deadlines and standards
Requirements
  • Registered Pharmacist with a minimum of 12 months' post-registration experience within the past five years
  • Continuous Professional Development present on your CV
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Self-aware and focused on professional development
  • Honest and able to maintain integrity and customer confidentiality
