Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving client retention goals by delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate suitable renewal strategies and participate in client meetings as necessary.
  • Acquire renewal terms and present them to clients.
  • Generate and disseminate professional summaries and reports utilizing company templates.
  • Ensure timely collection of premiums and issuance of renewal documentation.
  • Manage all tasks efficiently and accurately, prioritizing as required.
  • Address client inquiries professionally and process them in accordance with service standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive records using internal systems and templates.
  • Process adjustments, including notifications to insurers and issuance of revised documentation.
  • Refer complex inquiries to senior staff and collaborate with other branches as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven knowledge of general insurance classes and industry regulations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

Skills Required:

  • Strong technical insurance capabilities with an emphasis on precision.
  • Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent client service, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Capacity to analyze information effectively and tailor communication to clients' understanding.
  • Strong persuasion and influencing abilities.

Educational Background:

  • GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications.
  • A-levels (preferred).
  • Certificate in Insurance (preferred).
