Jenrick Engineering is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in Daventry. This role involves performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs), attending breakdowns, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns to maintain production continuity and minimize losses.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate effectively with production teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Recognized apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience as a proactive Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work rotating shifts (earlies, lates, nights) as required.
- Strong knowledge of general manufacturing processes and equipment.
