Job Title: Head Legal Compliance

Join our team as a Head Legal Compliance professional to lead the implementation of environmental policies and practices. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing environmental strategies and action plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement environmental management systems, including ISO 14001.
  • Lead the Environmental team and provide guidance and mentoring for internal development.
  • Assist project teams in the production of Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) and associated documentation.
  • Review environmental management requirements in Work Packages (WPPs).
  • Provide support and advice to project teams regarding consent applications and SWMPs.
  • Identify, develop, and deliver environmental training programs.
  • Coordinate with other contractors regarding cumulative impacts on adjacent worksites.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Experience in environmental management on major programs of work in the construction industry.
  • PTS desirable, site visits required for inspections and observations.
  • Good level of computer literacy.
  • Willingness to travel with a full driving license to meet business requirements.
