Our prestigious law firm is seeking a Private Client solicitor to join their busy, fast-paced practice. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and undertaking fee-earning work for a variety of private clients, providing efficient and effective legal advice, assistance, and representation.

The Role:

You will be working on a range of tasks, including:

  • Managing and undertaking fee-earning work for private clients
  • Providing legal advice, assistance, and representation
  • Working on wills, trusts, estate administration, elderly client matters, and tax planning

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Considerable relevant work experience in all areas of Private Client work
  • Proven financial record and commercial attitude
  • Technical experience in wills, trusts, estate administration, elderly client matters, lasting powers of attorney, capacity issues, and inheritance tax planning
  • Ability to meet multiple priorities to tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong, collaborative, and long-lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and referrers
