About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Regional Installation Specialist to join our Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of our solutions on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and commissioning of Human Recognition Systems solutions on customer sites
  • Working with third-party vendors to integrate our solutions with existing systems
  • Fault finding, diagnosis, and resolution of faults
  • Providing comprehensive end-user training to customers
  • Capturing detailed commissioning documentation as defined by the project team
  • Ensuring all on-site work is carried out in a professional and timely manner
  • Adhering to company standards and technical drawings
  • Contributing to the development of technical architecture for Human Recognition Systems solutions
  • Regular travel to customer sites across the UK
  • Occasional overnight stays may be required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 GCSEs – C or above (including Maths and English)
  • Expertise in the installation of access control and CCTV hardware
  • City & Guilds (or similar) – In domestic level electrical installations
  • NVQ level 3 – Engineering-related discipline
  • A full clean UK driving license

Desirable Qualifications

  • City & Guilds 17th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • City & Guilds/ONC – Engineering-related discipline
