Role Overview:

As the Service Support Manager, you will oversee all onsite operations across our various locations. You will ensure that all employees uphold our company's standards and provide support to onsite supervisors and their teams. Additionally, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients and customers, including major retail brands, supermarkets, and airports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit various sites to support onsite supervisors and teams.
  • Ensure all employees are upholding company standards.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and customers.
  • Carry out HR-related tasks, including investigations and audits at various locations.
  • Manage site supervisors and provide necessary guidance and support.
  • Maintain flexibility to visit sites at short notice based on client needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in account management.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good PC skills including emails and Excel.
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel to various sites and handle last-minute visits if required.
