Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to play an active and central role in supporting children's development through face-to-face and Portage Home learning sessions combined with delivering Universal and Targeted groups, across the North locality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Universal and targeted Learning Groups and Home Learning Sessions for children 0-5 and their families.
  • Support Children and their families to achieve positive outcomes, including our most disadvantaged/vulnerable groups.
  • Demonstrate experience of working with very young children with additional needs and their families and evidence how you can respond and extend play opportunities based around the child's development.
  • Lead Inclusive practice and help the children in Cheshire East achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Sound Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage & SEND Code of Practice.
  • Confidence to lead Inclusive practice.
