The Role

We are seeking a Hospitality Team Member to join our team at YHA York. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in making our guests' experiences memorable. Your efforts will be at the core of our mission to provide exceptional hospitality, regardless of your background or experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members, and guests.
  • Work on reception and offer insights about the hostel and the local area, ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.
  • Utilize our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs and food & beverage sales and service.
  • Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
  • Assist in the preparation of food in the kitchen and serve food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride that will influence in more sales.
