Dorset FD (DFD) is a dynamic Corporate Finance Boutique offering high-value Accountancy services in the picturesque location of Poundbury, West Dorset. We are seeking an ambitious Newly Qualified Accountant to fill a dual role as a Senior Associate/Corporate Finance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in corporate finance projects from the outset, including managing sales processes for businesses, buy-side support, and valuations of companies with turnovers between £5m and £20m.
  • Deliver high-quality management information and analysis to independent Finance Director clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of value-added compliance work in collaboration with DFD's network of skilled independent bookkeepers.
  • Hold a strong background in Accountancy and Finance, with ACA/ACCA qualifications preferred.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a thorough understanding of accounting issues and their resolution.
  • Pursue professional development to acquire a broad range of highly sought-after skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
