About the Role

GEL Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and organized Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Recruitment team in Wells-next-the-Sea. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business with the full Recruitment 360 process, including Business Development, Resourcing, Admin, Candidate Management, and Compliance related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formatting and presenting candidate CVs
  • Producing contracts and documents from templates
  • Managing and organizing vacancy adverts on job boards and social media
  • Updating and maintaining our ATS system
  • Resourcing and qualifying candidates for key roles
  • Assisting with payroll queries and compliance checks
  • Coordinating interview arrangements and reference checks
  • Communicating with candidates and clients via email and phone
  • Updating our social media platforms
Requirements
  • High level of numeracy and literacy
  • Proficient keyboard skills and experience with Microsoft Office and database work
  • Previous administration experience and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
