Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to become a vital part of our innovative team. The ideal candidate will take charge of the design, development, and upkeep of Java-based applications, playing a key role in the entire software development process from initial concept through to deployment and ongoing support.

This position is perfect for a dedicated developer eager to advance their career in a stimulating and fulfilling environment.

Please note that this role requires onsite presence at our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and sustain high-performance Java applications.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to outline, design, and implement new features.
  • Produce well-structured, efficient, and testable code.
  • Engage in code reviews and offer constructive feedback to colleagues.
  • Ensure applications are performant, high-quality, and responsive.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
  • Participate in agile development activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Java Developer in a comparable role.
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and design principles.
  • Expertise in Java SE and Java EE.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database systems like MySQL.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
