Trainer Bricklaying Specialist

As a Practical Skills Supervisor with Grwp Llandrillo Menai, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality practical sessions to learners within our bricklaying workshop. Under the guidance of our lecturing staff, you will be responsible for tracking and assessing learner progress, providing guidance and support where required.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver practical sessions to groups of learners, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
- Monitor and assess learner progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted support.
- Collaborate with lecturing staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
- Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in bricklaying or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with learners, staff, and external partners.
- A strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.
