About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Dimensions. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities they enjoy, such as swimming, gym sessions, and social events.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care and support work, preferably with individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to promoting the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
