About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Membercare Assistant to join our team at Bannatyne. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across our health club facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all areas of the club are clean and tidy, including open plan changing rooms, toilets, and shower areas
  • Operating cleaning equipment and using chemicals safely and effectively
  • Providing excellent customer service and interacting positively with colleagues and members
  • Working under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
