The Role

We're looking for a Digital Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day management of client accounts, including organizing meetings, reporting on campaigns, and checking in with regular updates.
  • Writing copy for digital content.
  • Working with the creative team to help develop videos, animations, and graphics.
  • Assisting in the setting up and running of digital campaigns.
  • Using platform metrics to report on digital campaign performance for clients.
  • Using digital listening tools to monitor audience and reaction.
  • Helping with new business pitches.

The Person

We're looking for someone with:

  • 1-3 years of experience with digital, communications, and/or content.
  • Knowledge of digital campaign creation and management.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple clients.
  • Loves a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of different digital channels and formats.
  • Ideally experience within a communications agency environment.
