Electronics Engineer - Quantum Computing

At Universal Quantum, we're pushing the boundaries of what's possible with quantum computing. We're seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge electronics systems for our quantum computers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex electronics systems for our quantum computers, including hardware and software integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronics systems with other components.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for electronics systems, including design specifications and test procedures.
  • Work closely with mechanical and software engineers to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Contribute to the development of new technologies and innovations in electronics engineering.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in high-performance electronics design, including digital, analog, and embedded systems.
  • Experience with PCB design using ECAD tools, such as Altium or similar.
  • Proficiency in using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and VNA.
  • Experience with FPGAs and embedded software engineering for real-time systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of electronics circuit theory and EM field theory, including noise analysis and physical device knowledge.
