Job Title: ADHOC Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant to provide cover support for a Primary School in Cheltenham. The ideal candidate will be flexible, open-minded, and able to adapt their support methods to various age groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Teacher with lessons and assist students with their learning, particularly those who require additional support
  • Work with groups of children or provide 1:1 support
  • Show excellent curriculum knowledge and manage behavior effectively
  • Promote and nurture independence and build positive working relationships with children and adults alike
Requirements:
  • Experience of working within a school setting, preferably with Special Educational Needs
  • Flexibility to work different days and adapt to varying roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
