Job Title: Structured Coach (Housing)

This is an exciting opportunity to join Crisis Client Services as we work towards our vision of ending homelessness. We are a values-driven organization that puts our members at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role

As a Structured Coach (Housing), you will work in a psychologically informed way to establish a trusting and supportive relationship with our members. You will provide high-quality coaching, advice, and information to help them achieve their goals and overcome challenges.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to join our team. You will have a strong understanding of the issues surrounding homelessness and a passion for making a difference. You will be able to work in a flexible and adaptable way, providing support to our members in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality coaching and support to our members
  • Work in a psychologically informed way to establish a trusting and supportive relationship with our members
  • Provide access to housing, employment, and learning and skills development opportunities
  • Hold a holistic view of a member's journey with us
