About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join our team at a Barchester complex care home. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional levels of care and support to our residents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Conduct a variety of clinical tasks, including assessments and interventions
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide person-centred, thoughtful care to residents with complex needs
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of clinical practices related to dementia
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
