The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing recruitment assignments, assessing candidate suitability, and building relationships with clients and candidates. - Draft high-quality job advertising copy to use across multiple media channels.

- Mentor or assist Trainee Recruitment Consultants as needed.
- Experience in the recruitment industry, with a genuine interest in the business and economic community.

- Strong natural negotiation skills, with the ability to spot opportunities in both social and business settings.
- Ability to proactively maximize opportunities to drive sales activity.
- Demonstrable sales and account management experience, with evidence of success and achievement in your career to date.
