As a Senior Contracts Manager at Utility Warehouse, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, including business-critical MAP and MOP contracts. You will negotiate side letters and amendments to ensure contracts align with business requirements and internal stakeholder demands.

You will deliver the P&L on the metering portfolio, with a detailed understanding of the cost base, contractual levers, and commercials. You will formally manage all in-life risks associated with the contracts and report on these at least quarterly.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Ops, Finance, and Product to ensure we are meeting our contractual obligations to our suppliers.

Requirements
  • Significant experience in Contract Management
  • Experienced in supplier relationship management and a deep understanding of the drivers of the P&L
  • Ability to provide clear management across contracts, procurement, risk management, and negotiation
  • Experience of developing and mentoring a high-performing team
  • Exceptional commercial acumen
  • Ability to build enduring and mutually beneficial relationships with some of UW's most strategic commercial partners
  • Strong internal stakeholder management
