Job Title: Senior Mobile Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join our team at Kleboe Jardine Ltd. As a key member of our R&D Software Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for our veterinary imaging products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the functional analysis of user needs and propose technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Participate in workload estimation and follow planning to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
  • Design software architecture based on iOS and Android, or web technologies.
  • Develop programs and communication protocols using languages such as C/C++, Java, Objective C, Flutter, and JavaScript.
  • Apply source code configuration, integration, and delivery management, quality controls, automated tests for interfaces: Git, Jenkins, Azure, and Docker.
  • Write software documentation (functional, technical, testing, user manual).
  • Participate in milestone reviews and provide technical support to After Sales Service and Production teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in design and full-stack development on mobile applications with native iOS, native Android, and mobile cross-platforms.
  • Experience with communication protocols in C/C++, USB, WiFi, Bluetooth, and development of API.
  • Experience with software architecture and Cloud & DevOps infrastructure (Azure).
  • Experience with database management.
  • Experience with GDPR and cybersecurity for connected applications.
Skills and Key Characteristics:
  • Ability to develop desktop applications with data exchange on a Cloud server.
  • Knowledge of medical development standards (IEC 62304, ISO 14971, IEC 60601, IEC).
  • Familiarity with the industrial world and its implications for results in development processes.
  • Knowledge of ultrasound and/or image data management would be appreciated.
