About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Dentist to join our team at Allied Healthcare as a Mentee NHS Dentist. As a valued member of our dental clinic, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality dental care to patients, working closely with our experienced team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in our comprehensive mentorship program, receiving guidance and support from our experienced Principal Dentist.
  • Contribute to the development of our dental clinic, sharing your ideas and expertise to help us improve our services.
  • Work collaboratively with our hygienist team to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

About Our Practice:

Our dental clinic is an independent practice that values clinical freedom and provides extensive support to our team members. We are a mid-sized practice with a loyal and friendly patient base, and we are committed to delivering high-quality care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary, starting at £12.50 per UDA, with potential for increase after qualifying.
  • A flexible schedule, with the option to work 3+ days per week – Monday to Friday.
  • 1,000 UDAs allocated per working day per annum.
  • 50% split on private work completed.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • On-site parking available for convenience.
