Position Overview

We are currently seeking passionate aquatic instructors to fill multiple casual roles. The hours are flexible, primarily during evenings and weekends.

Do you possess a recognized qualification in swimming instruction, such as an STA Award or Swim England Level 2? Are you experienced in teaching individuals from various backgrounds? If so, we invite you to consider a role with Fusion Lifestyle, where you can impart a vital life skill—swimming.

As an Aquatic Instructor, you will engage with participants of all ages and abilities, ensuring each session is conducted with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your adaptability in teaching methods and scheduling will be essential to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.

• You will create detailed lesson plans that align with the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme, ensuring sessions are conducted according to the established timetable.
• Building strong relationships with participants is key; your approachable demeanor and proactive attitude will help foster a welcoming environment.
• Adherence to the Swim England Code of Ethics and Conduct is mandatory, and you will be responsible for promptly addressing any safeguarding concerns in line with Fusion's policies.
• Delivering lessons safely and effectively is paramount, and you will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• We encourage you to continuously seek improvements in our swimming programs, enhancing the experience for both swimmers and their families.
