CDDFT Podiatry Department is seeking a skilled and dedicated Podiatrist to join our team, covering 6 localities. The successful candidate will take a clinical lead role in a specialist area of podiatry work, providing expert advice and guidance to patients and healthcare professionals.

• Assess and treat patients with specialized care needs, including adults and paediatrics, self-referrals, and referrals from other practitioners and disciplines.
• Provide specialist podiatry advice and training to other staff and students.
• Lead by example in service transformation and continuous service improvement.

• BSc (Hons) in Podiatric Medicine.
• Local Analgesia Certificate.
• Non-medical prescribing qualification.
• Postgraduate qualifications.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including persuasive and reassurance skills.

• Graduation from a School of Podiatric Medicine.
• Undergraduate experience of a broad range of podiatric conditions.
• Substantial experience in high-risk foot, diabetes, and Tissue Viability.
