About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group. As a Trade Compliance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our site's compliance with internal requirements and domestic and foreign import and export laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure site compliance with internal requirements, manuals, policies, and procedures, as well as domestic and foreign import and export laws and regulations.
  • Review Customs entries for accuracy and compliance with customs regulations and CITC policies and procedures.
  • Maintain Customs & Export compliance procedures and program documentation, including import and export instructions, documentation, trade data points, and record keeping.
  • Act as a site trade compliance point of contact for local organisation.
  • Support regular Customs/Export compliance training for senior management, engineers, shipping logistics, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Liaise with internal customers to provide Trade Compliance support to the customer service & logistics departments.
  • Organise proficient record keeping of export authorisation documentation, maintain updated databases, track in-process and pending licenses applications, and use.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of trade compliance regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
